Abilify numbness (?)

Hello everyone !

I’m on 5 MG of Abilify and have been for a bit but I’m starting to feel as if they’re making me emotionally numb. I can’t cry, laugh, or feel joy like I would’ve before the medication. I sometimes feel as if I’m just existing in a way that feels like auto pilot. Like a zombie walking. Anyone else feel this way? I plan on speaking to her (my doctor ) about it but jeez this sucks. I sometimes feel like having my mood swings was better Just so I felt something in comparison to this. Any advice ?
