Question About Equilibrium Loot

I don't have an eager edge sword before, and I've been told Sullen Claw is the easiest one to get right now. I am also trying to get a High Tyrant roll(Withering and Demo/Repulsor). I've done the dungeon a few times and haven't gotten it, if I keep farming it from the last encounter and get it there then attune to it, can I get different roles (and tier 5's) from just farming the first encounter since it's much easier and faster or does it only drop from the final encounter regardless? Also, would attuning affect the secret chests as well or just the encounters themselves?
