Can’t run multiplayer

Hey guys I’m trying to run a 3 player lobby with my friends (one with all dlc’s and one without) but for some reason either the guy with no dlc’s gets a weird screen or me and my friends do. Me and my friend play duos all the time and it works properly but for some reason we can’t handle a 3 player lobby just wondering if there’s a solution?
