Phone Interview Tomorrow

I have my phone interview tomorrow and have been preparing customer service scenarios in between holiday festivities. I was wondering if anyone could either comment or message me about their experience? I feel pretty confident when it comes to phone interviews but haven’t had one for the flight attendant position, hence why I’m nervous. I’ve heard that it’s very chill but would love more insight on the interview if possible.

Also I’m from MA so Boston is #1 on my list. Do I have good chances of getting it as my base? Thank you in advance!! :)
