Projector screen and projector recommendation for open concept space

Buying Advice Wanted

I have an open concept space and want to hang a projector screen from a beam that the couch faces and with my sliding doors open, my bed would face aslo. I'm looking for a set up that ideally would be good viewing from both but viewing from my bed is the priority. I got a 100 ft projector screen in the box as I am unsure if it's too big. Also, since there's no wall behind the beam, I think I will need to exchange it for one with tab tension.

As for a projector would it be best to hang it from the ceiling by the bed or can it sit on the coffee table in front of the couch?

I am open to spending up to $2K for both the projector screen and the projector. The projector screen would also need to be manual (no electrical source). TIA for any suggestions!
