Loan options

Hi, I’m wanting to buy a piece of land that has a septic already or the sewer tap is already in place. I’m wanting to move a mobile home that’s used there.

This is the only way the numbers make sense to me with the costs of even mobile homes. I’m only curious if there are any loan options for this. Most places that will lend for used mobile homes require the land to be sold and for it to stay put.

I have the cash but would prefer to keep it tied up in other ventures. I know people have opinions of mobile homes but i don’t want to hear about them as i know my area, i know how well they last with updates like you do for houses & that background gives me a different perspective. I’m just curious if anyone knows any other lending sources. (This land has been in my family for decades and the old mobile home that was on it was sold about 10 years ago & I’ve pulled records for the septic)
