I'm feeling Betrayed by my only friend?

I got verry big issu with Washing the dishes... and i made it! It took me a full day but i made it! And i shared it whith my only friend and he said "congratulation, you're close from healing" ... But i can’t heal.... it's not a deasis... wtf? He was the only one taking it seriously and not making fun of me, but in the end even him never understood... i feel betrayed... I'm completly confused on how to react to that...
