How to connect with exec recruiters?

Hello! How does one connect with recruiters or get on their radar?

I’m a senior exec who is looking to get on the radar of recruiters as I look toward my next move. I’m leaving a very well regarded company at the end of this week, been there almost a decade at this point. Excited for something new and would love to somehow register with some recruiters. FWIW I am eligible to work in USA and Europe, currently to residing in NYC.

How does one do this?

Thanks in advance for any help, and hopefully this type of post is allowed.
