Wondering about journaling

Hey guys ! I have been looking at maaany posts in this trend to try and educate myself, see what people do and maybe find some strategies that are in sync with me. One thing i see really often is how people highly recommend to journal their trades/trading journey/ideas/etc...

I will admit that i never did any journaling in my life, so i really don't have any clue on how i could do that for trading, since im still a real begginer in that field.

The only thing i'm doing that could be close to journaling is when im on TradingView, i draw my trend lines, put some text where i say anything makes me think what will be the next movement on any stock or funds based on indicators, trend or whatever..!

So any tips on that would be really useful and appreciated, can't wait to see what you're doing and get better !
