A spell for someone overstaying their welcome

My cousin was unemployed so I invited him to stay with me for a short period until he can find a cheaper place to stay. Although, he has now been overstaying his welcome. Since he moved in he has not been looking for a new job or any type of work and has been living at my experiences.

I feel like it’s time for him to leave but he’s too sensitive for me to ask that directly, and also, I don’t want to be rude cause he’s still unemployed, but I don’t see him making any efforts to leave anytime soon.

What’s a good and effective spell I can do to make him leave by January?
