Does me assuming that every woman has a boyfriend make me a bitch?

Idk why I am dwelling on this lol, I guess its something I am insecure about?

I have been single for a minute, and Idk if I am supposed to be going around flirting with a bunch of women "shooting my shot" but for me personally, assuming they have a boyfriend takes the edge off of social interaction with women when you arent expecting anything to come from it because shes taken.

I guess I am asking because basically all of my relationships came off of dating apps, I never had an organic relationship form from meeting in person.
