[PC][90s-2000s?] Falling block game with colorful faces

I played this game as a kid on an old computer and now can't remember it. The game had rectangular stone blocks with faces carved into them. Each color of block had its own facial expression, like blue blocks being angry and yellow blocks being happy or something of the like. They had exaggerated features like gritting teeth or big eyebrows. The artstyle was simple, low resolution, bright colors, high contrast with a plain black background. It was fullscreen and I don't think it had any story or characters. I don't remember seeing text or menus. I believe you had to match falling blocks of the same color, but I can't really remember the rules or progression. I was young and don't remember a lot, but if this sounds farmilar to anyone I would really appreciate it!
