best starter flatbed scanner?

so i’ve been shooting film for a few years and i’ve like to do everything myself. so ive always developed my own film and scanned it with my phone. obviously the images are super low quality and i wanna actually start scanning and printing these pictures out. i shoot 35mm but 120 is my favorite format and there’s basically no dedicated film scanners that do both. i think my best option would be a flatbed scanner so im trying to find the best one that can also be found on ebay for hopefully less than $250. i was looking at the epson v600 but it’s hard to find working and in my price range. any recommendations would be appreciated!
