I got put on medical leave at one of my jobs

I started having reactions to one of my medications (topirimate), where I'm incredibly drowsy, will stumble around, repeat words, etc. I don't notice it's happening at first, so I go on like normal, but I've been sat down twice now and told by management that they're becoming very concerned for my well-being. They've just put me on medical leave.

The last time was last night. I was supposed to come in at 4, and I woke up at 4:09 apparently, completely blacked out, fell back asleep, and drove to work at 6:30. My manager immediately told me to sit down in the back and started scolding me for driving to work in that state. I confessed a lot to her, including about my drinking, how I feel like I need to go to rehab but can't afford it, etc. I was a sobbing mess.

I don't know how I'll get through the next month or so with limited income, but luckily I have a psych appointment the 31st.
