Possibly starting tirzepatide; terrified of weight gain after stopping it.

Backstory: I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6 years ago and have gained about 45 pounds and have tried EVERYTHING to lose the weight.

I am wanting to start it but am terrified of side effects and most importantly, gaining all the weight back when I eventually stop it.
