How do I train WITHOUT losing much body fat?
I know this is an odd ask but I couldn't find much answers online, so hear me out
I want to start calisthenics training because I'm an actress and it compliments what I do for work (think dancing and stage combat). Not to mention that I have the resources and time to do so.
HOWEVER, I want to avoid losing much body fat/slimming too much because I...frankly like my features. I have a bit of a baby face and it's helped me get a lot of my gigs. Plus, outside of work reasons and marketability, I just like my curves and looks.
So, any tips to prevent major weight loss while starting calisthenics would be appreciated. I know it's impossible to avoid all weight loss, but I've seen others maintain their looks while still improving their flexibility/stability. I'm just not quite sure where to start in my journey (especially dieting wise, since I'm at the mercy of my college's meal plan lol). Thanks in advance guys!
Also, for the new user thing: i know this is NoStupidQuestions, not NoRulesQuestions.
