Legion Go S SteamOS

Im having an issue with a game. When I uninstall i have a feeling that all of the files aren't being deleted. How do I make sure all of the files are deleted? Dolphin file manager is weird. I cant even find the install folder unless I go into steam and click find local files. I see the path there, but if i try to follow that path on my own the folders arent there. Once I uninstall the game i cant even use steam to get me there. How do I get ALL of the files off of the device?
