Was I wrong for trying to hangout in groups?

I (27M) wanted to go out this weekend and my friend Karla (27F) wanted to go grab a bite and drinks. Then 2 days later another friend Karen (28F) asked me if I wanted to hangout as well that day. I didn’t wanna be disrespectful and leave my other friend out so I asked Karla if Karen could join us for drinks. Karla seemed annoyed and commented “maybe another time.” I asked Karla if she was upset. She just said “why are you trying to force us to get along, you think this is a movie where everyone is friends.” Was I wrong for this or is she overreacting.
