What strategy do proprietary traders use?

hello everybody, my dream career as of now is to be a prop trader on. Let’s say Wall Street. I am pretty decent at swing trading using the initiation correction and continuation method (ICC) but that is a form of swing trading and I have heard that proprietary traders use methods that don’t take as long to close orders as swing trading so if anybody knows what method or strategy or things should I be working on or looking at and steps to take to fit in and become a proprietary trader, and be prepared for it.
