The only people interested in me are in their 20s and I just cannot get over the ick factor

Just landed on the big 40 pretty simultaneously with finalizing a divorce. Trying to date is as big of a mindfuck as my single friends were warning me it was. I'm having a really hard time finding people my own age that are interested in me. Most people that seem to want to connect with me on and offline are in their 20s. And I cannot shake the ick.
