Underweight cause for reoccurring sinus infections?

Hi, I am 119 pounds and 5.8, sometimes I linger at 118…I am always sick, getting sinus infections every other week/month and yes I could have chronic sinus issues/allergies but was wondering if my weight might be a root cause? I have struggled with body dysmorphia, anxiety and depression a lot this year.
