Are there any Enclave tags that ally to retake the US?

I’m pretty unfamiliar with the mod and a friend of my suggested that we try one of our co-op games as the enclave. Now, I don’t know the enclave countries too well nor the submod so I, Medical-Moe, have come to humbly ask you enclave denizens if such a scenario exists? Where two enclave tags can ally in their own faction rather than like just eating each other or whatnot.
