Firm cup gave me cramps, help me find soft one.

HELP! I tried menstrual cup for the first time and started with sirona small cup but it was too firm for me, it squeezed into my walls and put too much pressure on the walls that it gave me cramps, it was alright for about 10 minutes and started intensifying with time, i couldn't bear it for more than an hour, so I had to remove. Instant relief. And yes, the cup was open, i checked it, it also sat nicely up there. It was open but it was squeezed up in an oval shape. Please if you know or have any recommendations help me find a soft cup other than sirona.
