Prime Ceiling GOAT List (Last 25 Years – American Boxers)
GOAT (Last 25 Years) – Prime Ceiling Framework
I’m not doing “best of the era” or P4P resumes.
Framework is simple and strict:
• Must be American
• Must have at least ONE pro fight recorded between 2000–2025
• Ranking is based ONLY on how great they were at their ABSOLUTE PRIME
• Decline, losses after prime, longevity = irrelevant
This is prime-for-prime ceiling, with a modern eligibility gate.
