Closed-loop economic bloc
China is cultivating a closed-loop economic bloc among developing nations, aimed at anchoring capital within its own strategic orbit. China realized that the reason why developing countries remained poor for so long is because Western countries purposely created a relationship of dependence, often resulting in structural capital flight from developing to developed countries. By redirecting its surplus capital away from traditional Western liquid assets and into the infrastructure of emerging economies, China is effectively "priming the pump" of developing countries. This effectively leads to reciprocal growth where reinvested wealth fosters localized industrialization and a burgeoning consumer class, which in turn generates sustainable demand for Chinese value-added goods and services. This new framework threatens Western financial dominance, perhaps a sign of a potential shift in the global economic order.
