Recently Blind and Moving States

Hello, My 16 year old cat just got diagnosed with hypertension which caused her to go blind. Me and my fiancee have been trying to find some information on how to work with this but we keep getting mixed results. We will be moving states soon as well for my military stuff and we would like some advice on how to work with our cat now and what things at our current place should we be doing to make her life easier. We are very new to this situation and any advice is greatly appreciated.
