Life is precious please don't waste it, work hard

SERIOUS POST

I'll cut straight to the point, in February my best friend passed away. At that point, she was almost 17 years old.

Both of us had been preparing for jee. i was here because I was somewhat interested in science, but really didn't have a goal. She on the other hand really wanted to an engineer.

She claimed to have extreme difficulty understanding the topics and didn't really scored well in her tests. But she worked hard. I sort of just went with the flow, and soon lost interest in JEE.

When I visited her at the hospital, she began crying and saying she couldn't bare to stay there any longer.

After her death, I grieved and reflected about our time together. Recently, some thoughts hurt me even more.

She was way more reason to live than me and had a direction in her life, yet she was the one who died and I lived. She had big dreams and big desires, none of which will now be fulfilled.

Death doesn't choose. Use whatever time you have wisely.

I made a mess with jee, but i guess I still have some chances with it. I'm going to live out my life to the best I can. You guys should too.
