Why is this happing

This is a completely new issue. i checked my temps on my (5060ti) and they dont go past 70 so i know that isnt the problem. whenever i share my screen on discord or open medal clipping, my in game performance just drops to like 30 frames. I havent changed any setting before i started getting this issue so i have no idea. please help me out.
