When people from out of town call Vancouver, BC, "The Couve"

As a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, I can't stand when people from out of town call my city, "The Couve". We are not "The Couve"! We hate that! "The Couve" is Vancouver, WASHINGTON, and I'm pretty sure even most of them don't like that either. Just call it Vancouver. It's like people who call San Francisco, "Frisco".
