I need help, I’m cant get there

This is kind of weird, I don’t know if this is the kind of thing I can post here. But I’m on really high doses of mental health medications and for some reason I just can’t feel anything at all. I still have gross cravings for sexual things but no matter how much I do them, I don’t feel anything at all. I have ocd and cptsd so I just keep doing it. If I can’t get myself there I start cutting and I seriously can’t go back there. Does anyone have any advice?
