Im struggling to escape bronze

I've been playjng valorant for about 3 years now, i have over 250 hours and i just feel like i cant rank up. I'm bronze 2, and i play with bronze 2s to silver 3s and i know i sound like another "it's their fault, they suck" but i'm really starting to feel like it might be true. Does anyone know how i can escape?
