Gpu troubles

I am going through constant crashes with my RX 6650XT. I have gone through the ddu process several times, factory reset my whole pc, reinstalled windows, and more. Can someone help out before I start considering upgrading my gpu?

Current Rig:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800Z Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk RAM: Corsair Vengance 32GB DDR4 3600Mhz SSD: Samsung 990 EVO 1TB M.2 HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda @ 6000RPM GPU: ASUS Phoenix RTX 3050 8GB PSU: EVGA W1 500W Monitors: AOC 24G15N (1080p 180Hz) & Samsung B2230H (1080p 76Hz)

Currently looking at a CPU + GPU upgrade (Probably something like an i5 14400 or 12400 + RX 6600 XT, though a PSU upgrade will be needed)
