Pure Cold Stormweaver help

I've finished everything I wanted to do in the league (Uber Arbiter and other pinnacles downed with Druid mostly) so now I'm just burning currency trying out things I've never done before and wanted to do a pure Cold spellcaster and mess with infusions since I didn't get the chance in .3. It's going...okay, but I need to squeeze a little more damage out of it. Using Whispering Ice mostly for the +7 to cold skills and % Intelligence, Frost Bomb and Snap keep infusions rolling in to fuel Ice Nova and Frost Wall + Comet tends to chunk most rares down, but bossing is a little slow. Granted I'm still toying around with things and getting a feel for GGG's vision of combo based gameplay.

I wanted to use Frostbolt + Snap but when I saw that it could only pop one of the bolts, that was a little disappointing. Mostly I think I need to shift points away from Mana Regen/Arcane Surge since my mana barely moves and reallocate to more damage. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
