Had to discard my bottle of Noodlers Lexington Grey

I've been using my bottle of Noodlers Lexington Grey for a few months and I've ended up using 18-20ml of ink.

Day before yesterday I was refilling my pen and I noticed a strong stench, which was pungent and nose-burning like urine.

No visible mould or clumps, even the performance is good, but I think it's better to discard it and stick to Platinum Carbon Ink only.
