🪨 10-Day Shifting Conditioning Challenge — Day 4
Welcome to Day 4!!!! I've been reading some promising progress.
Up to now, you’ve learned how to:
- enter an epsilon-level calm state
- detach from your CR
- attach awareness to your DR
Today we stabilize AND test continuity. This is the point where minishifts, bleedthrough, or partial embodiment may occur.
No pressure. Just observe.
Day 4 Task: Stabilize + Maintain Through Interruption
Use epsilon-wave audio again today:

Loop indefinitely.
Step 1: DR
- Re-read your DR script (or key notes)
- Pay special attention to sensory expectations, not imagery:
- What does the air feel like?
- Is it warm, cool, heavy, light?
- What’s the emotional baseline?
- How does your body feel there compared to your CR?
You’re not visualizing yet. Youre just reminding your brain what “normal” feels like in your DR.
Once you have a general sense of familiarity, begin the relaxation.
Step 2: Enter & Attach
Once relaxed and detached (same as Day 3):
- Gently attach awareness to your DR
- Focus on familiarity, not detail
- Let the sense of “being there” settle
Do not intensify yet.
Step 3: Stabilize
When you feel even a faint DR presence:
- Stop adding imagery
- Stop narrating
- Remain still inside the feeling
Let the state exist without interaction for a few moments.
Step 4: Continuity Test
Now, while staying attached:
- Let a thought pass without reacting
- Slightly shift attention (ex: breath → awareness → DR)
- Gently imagine one small action in your DR
- turning your head
- standing up
- feeling the floor beneath you
Do not force movement.
Let it feel automatic or partial.
If the state collapses, that’s fine. Return to neutral and continue calmly.
Important Safety Reminder
- Stop immediately if you feel overwhelmed or disoriented
- Do not force breath, imagery, or sensations
- Short sessions are completely valid
You should always feel grounded enough to stop at any time.
Why This Day Matters
Today trains your brain to:
- stay attached even when thoughts arise
- maintain awareness during subtle “movement”
- reduce snap-back to CR
This is where people often experience:
- flashes of another environment
- sensory overlap
- momentary “not here” awareness
- emotional or spatial displacement
These are mini-shifts, not failures.
What to Notice
- Did the DR feeling persist during thought or movement?
- Any sensory bleed-through (sound, texture, gravity)?
- Feeling split or partially present?
- Time distortion or emotional neutrality?
Even seconds count.

Tomorrow, we’ll work on strengthening embodiment so awareness doesn’t feel “floaty” or unstable.
