Privacy screen for shower window while retaining airflow when open

Title pretty much - our shower window really helps ventilate the humid air, but it faces a bedroom of our neighbors and they can see chest up basically. How can we keep it open and retain privacy?

It’s second story and not easily accessible from the outside other than by a contractor with a ladder that would reach it.
