Package from Germany to the US Excluded by customs 2 weeks ago.

Getting no help from seller. Just get screen shots of the tracking in German that I have Google translate. I know they need something but trying to call DHL in the US by phone is impossible. The automated system doesn't recognize a tracking number that includes letters. Numbers only. So kicks me out when I can provide one. Any ideas?
