What’s an unused Chekhov gun you noticed in PINK or BLUE?

For me it’s boils down to two specific ones.

1. Hayashi’s sole vote reward. Such an interesting concept only for it to go to waste, like it got revealed for nothing. Literally nothing.

2. Ikeda stealing Shishikura’s medicine. Now this one I really don’t like or understand at the same time. Not only does Ikeda steal his medicine for literally no reason and we never find out why, but he did this to SHISHIKURA. The dude who was against voting for him constantly, the dude who called out Maekawa on her bullshit in Amarnth.
