DJI or GoPro

Have a GoPro Hero 9 right now. And I want to change to a newer device for diving videos.

Deciding between a DJI Osmo Action 6 or a GoPro Here 13.

Everything I read puts the DJI ahead of the GoPro. Any advice or user recommendations from this group?
