What are the demons in your setting like?

One of the settings I’m cooking has two types of demons. Traditional demons who are basically the cookie-cutter men or beasts with flaming eyes and horns etc. while the new ones that are showing up are way more abstract and grotesque as they are manifestations of whatever negative thing is part of someone. Like how Silent Hill does it with the monsters.

So now I am asking, what is your demons like in the setting you’re cooking?
