Good boots in large/wide sizes?

Does anyone have a list of places to order good boots in large sizes (I wear 14EE-14EEEE)? I haven't found very many high quality boots available in bigger sizes. For example, Ariat Benchmade only goes up to 13. Capitan only has a couple of models in 14ee.
