Business CCs that still don't require "employee" SSN?

Amex used to not require, but when I went to add a new employee card today, it now asks for it within 60 days, along w/ b-day info. I don't want to supply that b/c I'm primarily working with contractors... sure, I could ask, but I don't need or want that data (SSN or similar). Historically, I've been able to supply cards with only name and address. Are there any card providers that still allow this? Thanks!
