Next season- New league

I’ve been doing Fantasy for 6 years now, and I’m in 4 different leagues… I hate being in so many but I have been trying different groups to see which one I like best and there’s only one that I feel like is truly competitive. The other league that I like that I’m in is with a whole bunch of random people and it’s fine because everyone does keep up with the waiver wire and at least 70% of the people try but there was still several that quit probably week five and never even got back onto swap people out for BYES. Also, not even sure if that commissioner is going to pay us money.

My question is this, how does one go about trying to start and recruit at least a 12 man fantasy league besides just asking people they know directly? Playing with randoms is fine, but obviously it’s hard to try to hold people accountable. If you only have their contact information to message them on the app. I’d love to find a group of people who are gung ho FFL players that take draft night seriously and also play the waiver wire and try to win until the end. I want a league where we put money on the line and not only is their first second third prizes, but there is also punishment for last place and other prize breakdowns for the middle spots to try to help make it competitive until the very end. I don’t know a lot of people that play FFL besides the people that are already in the leagues I’m in and again only one out of the four are actually serious and try but only a few people in that league actually study FFL and play the game hard core
