Is the market actually this cooked? $250 for Wii Sports...

Found this "rare vintage" listing on my local marketplace earlier today. Seller claims it's an "investment piece" because it's a "first edition" disc. It's literally just Wii Sports in a generic DVD case with a crusty printed cover.

I messaged them asking if they were flexible on the price and they hit me with the classic "I know what I have, no lowballers."

Man, some people really think anything older than 10 years is made of actual gold. Is the market really this cooked right now?
