Moon Quill curiosity

I noticed the Moon Quill publishing stuff and I was wondering if that is something any of y’all have looked into or done. It feels kinda too good to be true, but I haven’t really dug into it.

Has anyone here actually used that? Was your experience positive if you have? Is it not a scam?
