Which pads are best

Hi guys so I am on the ice roughly 3-4 days a week. But I have a 1100 dollar budget. I am open to any pads, I’ve found some true 9x3s that are in my budget brand new but they’re coming up 3 years old so I’m wondering if they’re still good compared to other pads. Any helps appreciated thank you
