question about hands-on experience & online MA programs

quick question! because of cost and time constraints, I am considering doing an online MA program (Career Skills Institute) which should include a 1-2 week long externship at the end. I was wondering if my lack of hands-on phlebotomy, EKG, etc. experience would hold me back from doing hands-on work during the externship or while working any MA role I may apply for. any advice is appreciated
