[NES/Famicom?][Late 80s-Early 90s] Side-scrolling game with a short helicopter chase racing a train into a mountain tunnel

Hi everyone, I’m trying to track down a game I played as a kid in the mid-1990s on a European NES clone (so it might have been an NES/Famicom game, or something from a multicart).

The one thing I remember clearly is a fast, really difficult side-scrolling segment where you fly a helicopter in daylight (blue sky). The screen scrolls to the right and you’re basically racing a very fast vehicle, which I think was a train, toward a mountain which has a tunnel (one entrance, one exit). I don’t remember any gameplay inside the tunnel, I think you follow it blind but I'm not sure.

The goal felt like "catch up before it reaches something" and I might be mixing in the idea that you could land on the target once you catch it, but I’m not sure.

It may have been a short helicopter stage inside a non-helicopter game. Any ideas are welcome, even partial leads. I tried asking all the LLMs, looked at youtube footage of what they thought were hits and... nothing. :(
