AITA calling my bf’s behaviour disgusting?

I (18F) am really insecure about the size of my breasts, because they didn’t change much since the start of my adolescence and remained small (if I recall my cup size is AA). Recently it has been bothering me more and more the fact they are too small, specially because I have body-image related issues.

I told my boyfriend (19M) that I was thinking of breast implants (nothing decisive) and he said my body would be “ruined” if I did so — that reaction made me very disgusted and I said his opinion and behaviour regarding my body was pretty rude and disgusting. Later on he texted me that my body wouldn’t be entirely ruined, just my breasts — plus he said he wouldn’t even touch or look at them anymore if I did it.

Moreover, his talk made me ask him if he would also be that way if I got pregnant amd my body would get “ruined” since it would hypothetically change and his answer was “no”, although that’s pretty odd considering my breasts would grow. I know he might have a personal preference over how my body looks but I think that really crossed the limits, AITA?
