I need assistance

I am in mesquite, TX (Texas) and my destination is California, LA(los Angeles)! My car quit working and it is not really fixable- I need to be there before January 1. If anything earlier will work or later. But I won't have my car tomorrow and it will be very cold at night. I have a puppy. She is car train so she will not use the bathroom in the car. I have a few money some 30-45 dollars. I might have more. But I do have a few bags but not much. If anyone can help. I will surely accept any offer!
